At New Look, we want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags still attached.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered or removed.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to your chosen drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed, which typically takes up to 10 working days.
